A few minutes from the main A30, high above the sea with easy access in any weather; our sturdy lodges have been built to a high spec providing a home-away-from-home experience.

Enjoy the Terrace Restaurant with menus using fresh local products, all served with a side of sea views. Our roast dinners are served every Sunday from 12pm-9pm, while we also serve afternoon teas, lunch, dinner, fresh seafood, vegan menu, and takeaways as well as hot drinks with a slice of cake should you fancy a lighter option.

Wildlife Centre

We’re home to Feadon Wildlife Centre, where we rescue animals in need and whenever possible rehabilitate them and return them to the wild. When they are unable to be returned, we provide them with a sanctuary. Come along and meet our foxes, reindeer brothers, pygmy goats, rooks, owls, ferrets, crows, emus, chickens, hawks, buzzards and many more.

No winter break is complete without a roaring fireplace and our log burners ensure that you stay warm and toasty in your lodge in any weather. We’ll even provide you with some logs and firelighters to get you started. Snuggle in front of your fire in the Tregea Signature, Tregea Signature Deluxe, Residence 2, Residence 3 or Residence Assisted Living.

Our location on top of a hill looking down on Portreath Beach provides the perfect spot to watch the waves come rolling in. The Pepperpot offers the perfect vantage point for storm watching, while the beach itself is quiet making it a wonderful time to put your wellies and scarf on and enjoy a walk.

Many of our winter guests bring their four-legged friends with them to stay in our pet-friendly lodges. Tehidy Woods and Portreath Beach are both on your doorstep, plus we’ll give your pup a five star welcome with a bag of homemade treats, a fluffy bed to sleep in and tennis ball to take home.

Whether you’re a pro surfer or a complete beginner, surfing breaks in Cornwall are popular in the winter when the seas produce the best surfing waves. Wriggle into your neoprene wet suit and head into the water to catch some winter waves, while using our lodge as the perfect base with large decking areas for storing boards and outdoor showers for salty skin.
