We currently have 2 positions within the company:

Chef de Partie – Accommodation Available

We are currently recruiting Chef de Partie’s to join our team of passionate and enthusiastic chefs in our 55-seater Terrace Restaurant. We are looking for team members who puts the guest at the heart of everything you do while combining your passion for food with a dedication and work ethic to provide perfect service every time

Quality experience and working in a top level kitchen dealing with fresh food is a necessity

Working hours are 40-45 per week, 5 days over 7 and will include evenings and bank holidays

Required Experience & Attributes:

 Minimum 1 year chef experience | Confident with food safety standards, monitoring, recording and all associated compliance | Passion for perfect delivery every time | Attention to detail

Senior Sous Chef – Free Accommodation Available

We are currently recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join our team of passionate and enthusiastic chefs in our 55-seater Terrace Restaurant. Experience:

Sous Chef: 2 years (Preferred) | Line cook: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner | Follow recipes and presentation specifications | Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently | Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards | Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment | Restock items as needed throughout the shift | Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards | Menu planning | Recording food temperatures
