Spring has sprung. The days are lengthening and you can just feel summer closing in. The season has changed at The Terrace Restaurant too, with Joe Lado-Devesa’s new menu. Joe has huge amounts of experience and talent, as well as Spanish heritage, which means authentic Mediterranean inspired food fused with incredible local produce.
On the new menu, you’ll find some beautiful new dishes alongside longstanding favourites. There’s Marinated & Pan-fried Rump of Lamb, Westcountry Duck Leg and Sweet Potato Pie amongst the mains.
New to the starters you’ll be able to devour Open Tart of Slow Baked Vine Tomatoes, Cornish Crab Bisque and Lizard Leaf Salad with Hog’s Pudding.
For those of you with a sweet tooth, you can indulge with Pecan Pie, Lemon Posset and warm Chocolate Nut Brownie!
The Terrace Restaurant also now provides Sunday Roasts – the quintessential meal for the weekend! The team roast Sirloin of Westcountry Beef, Loin of Westcountry Pork and Chicken with all the trimmings. Roasts are served with freshly prepared season vegetables and goose fat roast potatoes.
