Our Lodges

Best dog friendly beaches in Cornwall

There are over 300 dog friendly beaches in Cornwall, so we’ve
put together a list of our favourites. Pull on those walking boots and let them
run free…

Lighthouse island views, plenty of parking, a great café for
hot chocolate and cakes and you’ll normally spot a seal or a two – what more does
a doggie need?

Our closest beach, Portreath, is dog friendly all year from 7pm – 7am

Hayle Towans

Miles of golden sand to run free, sand dunes to chase up and
down and plenty of rock pools to wallow in.

Chapel Porth

If the tide is out you can explore huge caves and walk all
the way to Porthtowan, if the tide is in then head up on to the coastpath and
explore plenty of filming spots from BBC’s Poldark. Once you’ve worn out your
furry friend then head back to the beach café for one of their famous ‘Hedgehog’
ice creams or a hot filled baguette.

Views of St Michael’s Mount, miles of beach and the pretty
town of Marazion to explore packed with cafes, little shops and galleries – plenty
of fun for pups and owners.
