A Magical December in Cornwall

A holiday in Cornwall is beautiful at any time of the year,
but December is a truly magical time to visit. Get in the festive mood with
events, fayres and more in Cornwall this December.

Here is our pick of perfect Christmas crackers to get you in
the mood for the arrival of St Nick!

Made in Cornwall Christmas Fair, 25th – 29th
November, Truro

A huge array of crafts, gifts and all important food will be
on offer at the Made in Cornwall Christmas Fair. Pick up unique gifts for
family and loved ones or just treat yourself! There will be gifts to suit all
budgets and the chance to get something that little bit different, all in one
place, with fantastic food available from award winning local producers. Magic.

Fifteen Winter Fayre, 28th November, Watergate Bay

This is one for the foodies! Amazing local chefs and superb
local producers will display their skills and products for the day at Jamie
Oliver’s iconic Fifteen Restaurant overlooking the sea at Watergate Bay. Learn
a trick or two for Christmas lunch, or stock up your pantry for an exquisite festive

Padstow Christmas Fair, 3rd – 6th December,

Family entertainment, crafts and gifts and fabulous food.
Padstow Christmas Fair is a perfect day out for the whole family, with the
opportunity to get unique Cornish gifts and sample some of the finest food that
Cornwall has to offer. From jewellery to jam and artwork to toys, you’ll find
it all in Padstow.

Fowey Christmas Market, 4th – 6th December, Fowey

Now in its 11th year the Fowey Christmas Market
showcases the products and skills of Fowey’s shops, traders and craftsmen and
women. You can get anything and everything here, whilst enjoying food and drink
from around the local area too. This is a truly festive experience, sure to set
the tone for a magical Christmas.

Mousehole Lights, 12th December, Mousehole

Mousehole is both iconic and beautiful. As well as its
famous cat the picturesque fishing village is renowned for its incredible
Christmas lights. Lights adorn every nook and cranny of the beautiful harbour,
whilst local traders will be sure to provide both entertainment and refreshment
to suit the festive mood! This is one not to be missed!

Montol festival, 21st December, Penzance

Displays, dancing, fire, food and entertainment. Montol is a
full day of entertainment in historic Penzance, with acts and processions
filling the streets and live music in most establishments. Enjoy fire displays
and more and get ready for a fabulous Christmas ahead! Penzance has lots to
offer in terms of shops too, with plenty of unique independent traders to grab
that special, unique gift!
