There's an abundance of edible plants all around us if you know where to look. Let Forager and Wild Food Guide Rachel Lambert show you the many natural and surprisingly delicious food sources that can be found in the UK.

Rachel has been seen on This Morning ITV, in the Daily Telegraph, The Independent on Sunday, the Ecologist, The Daily Express, The Sunday Times and more.

Her expert knowledge will help you discover coastal and hedgerow plants, how to identify them as well as some delicious recipe ideas. Accessible for all ages, these walks are fun, sensory and provide hands on knowledge.
