The latest news from the Wildlife Rangers at the farm...

The wild tawny owls in the woods have flown the nest and can some times be seen on the walks.

We are getting good views of the wild Roe Deer on the night walks and also the wild barn owl, see one begin his flight in this stunning picture.

 

There are currently lots of pregnant slow worms in the sea field so we should have lots of young born in August.

 

 

The reindeers new antlers are growing back well and looking impressive.

 

Gary and Aly our wildlife rangers are hand rearing a baby magpie that was found in tree that had been felled by a local tree surgeon.
