Loyalty Discount Offer Terms and Conditions

This Loyalty discount offer is for bookings made from January 2nd 2012 and/or bookings made during 2012 and is only valid for bookings made and paid for by the lead booking guest who has stayed at Gwel an Mor previously and is registered as such with Gwel an Mor as a previous guest, the offer does not apply to guests whose name did not appear as the lead name booked guest previously. The offer is in addition to any other price offers.

The previous guest must mention and request the "loyalty discount" when making a booking. If the discount is given in error and after the booking is made we discover that the lead booking named person was not a previous guest we reserve the right to charge back any discount given.

If there is a dispute in regard to whether the guest is a previous guest then the onus is on the person booking to provide proof of the previous booking in either paper or e-mail form, or payment confirmation  relating to the previous booking. The decision of the Managing Director of Gwel an Mor in any dispute is final.
