Wanted - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager for our award winning five star Gwel an Mor luxury lodge resort at Portreath on the North Cornwall coast.

Our marketing is fast-moving and our Marketing Manager is a vital member of our team, responsible for making sure our campaigns are effective at driving bookings and sales.

You must be able to hit the ground running. You must also have a positive personality, as well as be hard working, enthusiastic and flexible, with a ‘Can Do’ attitude. Is this you? We are looking for someone with excellent marketing management and digital marketing skills, who can plan and implement activity.

The candidate will have proven experience in social media and email marketing campaigns and will have responsibility to keep our website, blogs and content management up to date. You will also be expected to identify new marketing opportunities, as well as implement them – sometimes at high speed.

You must be a great communicator who can work well in a diverse team environment. Experience of tourism and hospitality is preferred, but not essential, so long as you have relevant experience in a fast moving commercial environment.

You will also need to have a good eye for design and a genuine passion for delivering the high standards expected across every aspect of our five star resort.
